Reference to Bryan’s post. We are surprised he remembered his stay. Was drunk most of time, was hitting on motel staff(in their 50’s). He harassed other motel guest wanting a ride to a bar. Sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

I’m not going to lie. I was a little iffy at first. But after looking at the rooms and talking to the owner, I was more satisfied. The rooms were amazing if you’re passing through or working out of town I would highly recommend it, and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. I have nothing but good words to say about the place I won’t be coming back
Yes they are older. On that note, unless your nose is just stuck up in the air and to good. They are very clean and very reasonable on price.
We just spent a week at Twin Oaks in Clay Center Nebraska. Awesome stay! When we travel, we tend to look for motels that are smaller, family run and off the beaten path. Twin Oaks is definitely older but the service makes up for that! The staff are friendly, caring and always welcoming. Service you don't always get in the big name motels. Our room was freshly renovated, new flooring and ceiling, fresh paint and new air conditioner. Great improvements team! The price was great, a gas station a block away, Dollar General across the street and parks for the kids in town. We will be booking our next vacation with Twin Oaks!!
In reference to Skinny Boi review. Skinny stayed in 2 rooms at our motel for a month. We did not have bed bugs before their stay. Both rooms had major infestations. Orkin has had to treat the rooms 3 times and been off line for almost 4 months. I heard what motel they were going to and simply told them to watch for bed bugs in the room if they went there. Ask yourself would you stay in a room infested with bed bugs for a month.
Pretty clean and about same price as rainbow motel but much better place and a dollar general right across the street
